Girl-Powered Family Lawn Care

Thomson’s Lawn Care is a family-operated, student-run lawn care business servicing the Leslieville area of East York, Toronto.

My name is Scott (“Dad”). I started this business with my kids in 2023 as a way to ignite an entrepreneurial spirit, teach the value of hard, honest work and its rewards. But most of all this is an opportunity to spend more time with my girls.

Services

Grass Cutting & Trimming

Fixed price starting at $35 / visit

A lawn mowing visit typically includes: Lawn cutting, edge trimming, and sidewalk clean-up. Typically we mulch the clippings by default but offer bagging as an option.

Lawn Spot Repair & Top Dress

$30 / Sq Metre

If there are dead spots in the lawn from animal urine or insects we offer spot repair which includes scarification, top dressing and seeding.

Yard Cleanup & Seasonal Chores

$40 / Resource / Hour

Raking, weeding, general rubbish cleanup, hedge trimming, power washing
